Training for Adventure

I base my adventures from my home in Jacksonville, Florida. Sometimes my adventures are just a short drive away, but other times, they involve longer drives or overnight stays. This blog covers not only my adventures, but the conditioning and training that keeps me fit and ready. Thank you for being a part of the journey!

I am considered a newbie, but I want to spread the word about the wonderful trails located in and around Jacksonville. Trail descriptions are hardly very helpful or accurate. I want to make sure people who are new to the sport feel prepared and comfortable as they embark on new adventures!
